If you have a good roster of real estate investors or business owners who need working capital or equipment you can simply provide contact information of the client and his deal story in detail, and our magnificent sales team will do the heavy lifting and try to close the loan and help your client preserve their depository relationship with banks. We will pay you up to 20% of the fees when your referrals close a loan.

The Referral Program with Venus Capital starts with signing a referral agreement and W9 form.
Send us the deal story and the client has to fill out our application form with signature for the right loan product.
Once the deal closes (we do all the hard work), you will get paid post closing per the contract signed above. We offer upto 20% of the fees we get for each deal.
If you are based in Columbus, Ohio or surrounding cities in state, we can meet in person and explain the process or meet your clients together.
